Sharing food among friends is always a pleasure. I have come across many recipes that I thought the Friday night diners would appreciate. But, I hesitated not knowing exactly how to multiply a recipe so it came out as delicious for 80 as it does for 8.

This column will capture as many recipes, from our own ranks, as I can chase down. Then you, the reader, can use them to share your cooking abilities at the club, too.
